Ken Folsom is an Audioprosthologist, NBC-HIS, ACA. Ken is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. Ken attended Godby High School and started working at Beltone in 1974. Ken began working in the hearing industry in 1974 and was drawn to the profession because his friends’ mom owned Beltone Hearing Aid Center. What Ken loves the most about saving hearing lives is that he the fact that he can help a patient hear again or hear even better. Ken focuses on changing lives in his everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Ken loves spending time with his family and fishing.
Melissa Walton is a Patient Service Coordinator. Melissa is originally from Waldwick, New Jersey and moved to Perry Florida in 2022. Melissa attended Keene State College in New Hampshire and started working at Audibel in Perry because she loves to make a difference in people’s lives. It is so satisfying when we are able to help a customer hear better; we are helping all of their loved ones at the same time. What Melissa loves most about saving hearing lives is the joy it brings the patient as well as their family to be able to communicate and hear sounds they hadn’t heard in a long time. Melissa strives to provide excellent service in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Melissa loves hobbies such as traveling and hiking.
